What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form yourself: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. We also store the IP address of the submission, to prevent abuse of the form. We use this data solely to answer your question. Our website uses no tracking cookies and no visitor statistics. The contact page shows a map from OpenStreetMap; that service sees your IP address.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your question and follow it up. After that we delete the message. You can always ask us to do so sooner.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. Messages are stored on our own server at our hosting provider, within the European Union.
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send a message to kerstboomtotaal@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Not happy?
Tell us first and we will put it right. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your own country; in Belgium that is the Data Protection Authority.
